As we continue to encounter global supply chain challenges, you may notice delivery delays with select styles. Especially around the holidays, we recommend that you shop early to ensure you receive your seasonal must-haves and gifts on time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Please contact us by phone or email, and we will make every effort to assist you. However, due to the quick processing time in our distribution center, we are often unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted
.

Items not included in the return authorization will be forfeited.




Check your 
Order Status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.

 

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For same day shipping, choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

Expedited Shipping

Your order must be received and processed by 11:30 AM CST for same day shipping on expedited delivery. 

FedEx Express delivers expedited shipments Monday through Friday.


 

Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

Orders shipping to physical addresses in Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day and will be appropriately charged. PO Boxes shipments must be shipped standard in partnership with U.S. Post Office. There may be an additional day or two added to the shipping time.
