Place in a blender with a steel blade in order: 1 cup of milk, 1 package of the mix, 3 cups of ice. Cover blender and turn on to medium speed. As texture smoothes, add more milk or ice to achieve desired consistency. Pour mixture into a large goblet or glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
