Apply Sheer Tint treatment to bare lips and layer if additional color is desired. Allow a moment for the tint to dry and follow with the glossy Plumper. Re-apply Plumper as often as desired. (Sheer Tint should always be applied to clean, dry lips and not over Plumper because of the water-based nature of the formula).
