Lavishly Full Sheer Panel

The extra fabric (120" at the bottom hem) is what makes them lavish, hand-smocking makes them fabulous! Yards and yards of pure white organdy beg to be draped over an open window to catch the breeze and billow. Length is measured from top of the 2-1/2" rod-pocket and does not include the 1" ruffled crown. Width is measured after smocking and reflects width for hanging. Cotton. In white or antique.
