FIRST APPLY LIP RENEW: For Chapped and Dry Lips-Apply a small amount 2 to 3 times daily to heal lips and prevent chapping. For Line Formation Around the Lips-Use as your regular night cream to reduce line formation, apply on and around the lips. Moisturizing Lipstick Base- Apply a small amount to lips and allow to completely penetrate prior to applying lipstick. Lip Renew is very beneficial under drying, matte and long-lasting lipsticks. Use with Lip Chic to ensure your lipstick seals in place all day over moist and healthy lips. SECOND APPLY LIP CHIC: Apply lip color and blot lightly with tissue. Apply 2 to 4 generous coats of Lip Chic over your lipstick. Please experiment to find what works best for you. When first applied, your lips should look wet. Smile to keep lips apart for about 20 seconds while Lip Chic air dries and avoid pressing lips together for the first minute. If your lips are dry and you feel a tingling sensation, this is the safe natural setting process at work. The tingling will stop if you lick your lips after Lip Chic air dries. For dry lips or when wearing matte/long-lasting lipstick, condition your lips at night with Lip Renew. Within days, your healthier moisturized lips will prevent any tingling sensation. Do not eat, drink or smoke unitl Lip Chic is fully sets (5 to 15 minutes depending on the moisture level of your lips). Please experiment.
