Return FAQs

How can I return my package?
To make a return: 

  1.  Navigate to https://www.softsurroundings.com/orderstatus/
  2.  Enter your Order Number and Billing Zip Code, then click Return Item 
  3.  Follow the instructions to print a prepaid return label (fee applicable). Affix the abel to the package. 
  4.  Drop the package at a FedEx drop location.

that have a prepaid shipping label from this URL

Please note that we do not process returns at our corporate office.

Returns shipped to our corporate office may result in a shipping fee, or items may be returned to you at your expense.  

What if I return a unauthorized return?

Items not included in the return authorization will be forfeited.  

Is my original shipping refunded when I return my order?
Original shipping is not refundable, but we are happy to offer free exchanges with no additional shipping charge.

How do I return the package using the FEdex Economy label? 
You may return the package using the Fedex label by 
returning to any FedEx drop location: These include, Walgreens, Dollar General, Albertsons, Office Depot, FedEx drop boxes and FedEx locations.  Click here to find the location nearest to you.  (https://local.fedex.com/en-us)

How do I request a replacement return Fedex Economy label?
You may request a replacement label through our website: 
Go to Order Status and enter your order number and billing zip code. On the left, you'll find a link to Print Return Label. 


Is there a cost to use the return Fedex label?
Yes, there is a cost associated with using the return Fedex label: 

·     $9.99 Domestic US

·     $10.95 Alaska and Hawaii


Can I track the return of my package using the Fedex label?
Yes, you can track your return 
here using the tracking number on your label. You will automatically receive email notifications confirming the delivery of your return to our Distribution Center. Please be sure to provide us with your email address.   

How long does it take to process my refund or exchange?
On average, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to process your return for refund or exchange after the package is delivered to our Distribution Center.
