Q:   How long will it take for me to receive my package
A:  On average, delivery times are as follows:

FedEx Standard Residential Delivery is 2-4 business from the expected ship date   with Tuesday through Saturday delivery days.

SmartPost Delivery is 2-6 business days from the expected ship date with Monday through Saturday delivery days. FEDEX SmartPost is a consolidated service with FEDEX and the US Post office.  Your package will be delivered most often with your mail.

2nd Day Delivery is 2 business days if your order is received and processed placed by 1pm CST with Monday through Friday delivery days.

Next Day Delivery is 1 business day if your order is received and processed by 1pm CST with Monday through Friday delivery days.

Q:  Can I specifically request Saturday delivery?
A:  No, we are unable to specifically set your delivery for Saturday.

Q:  Can I ship to a PO Box?
A:  Yes, your package will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost.

Q:  Can I ship to an APO/FPO?
A:  Yes, your package will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost.

Q:  Can I ship to an international destination?
A:  Yes, you may place an order with a Canadian shipping destination by placing your order  on-line or calling to speak with a representative who will be happy to place your order at 1-800-240-7076.  Once your order is taken, a representative will give you a call back to confirm the Total Amount due to include your item cost and fees (Processing & Shipping, Duties and Taxes). 

Q:  Can I personalize my delivery options?
A:  FedEx offers customized delivery options by signing up with FedEx Delivery Manager at .    FedEx Delivery Manager offers the option to customize delivery times, deliver to another address, hold at a FedEx location, sign for a package, provide delivery instructions, receive delivery notification along with other various options. 

Q:   How can I return my package?
A:  You may return unlaundered items back for a refund or exchange by filling out the Return/Exchange section on the back of the packing slip.    Please use the SmartLabel provided in the package to return the item(s). 

Q:  How do I return the package using the SmartLabel?A:  You may return the package using the SmartLabel by placing the package (1) in the mail box at home or work, (2) dropping in a stand-alone post office box or (3) taking to the US Post Office.   Hassle Free returns with no waiting in line.

Q:  How do I request a replacement return SmartLabel?
A:   You may request a replacement return SmartLabel by doing the following:

1.    On-Line by clicking on “Order Status” .  Enter your Order Number and Billing Zip Code.    On the “Order Status” page, scroll down the left hand side to the “Print Return Label” option and Click.   Print the label and affix to your package.

2.    By Phone, Email or Chat you may speak with a customer care specialist who will be happy to print a return SmartLabel that may be Emailed or Mailed to you.

Q:  Is there a cost to use the return SmartLabel?
A:  Yes, there is cost associated with using the return SmartLabel:

  • $6.95 Non Furniture Domestic US
  • $10.95 Non Furniture Alaska and Hawaii
  • $10.95 Furniture Domestic US (shipped via FedEx)
  • $15.95 Furniture Alaska and Hawaii (shipped via FedEx)

Q:  Can I track the return of my package using the SmartLabel?
A:  Yes, you will automatically receive email notifications confirming the pick-up of the package and the delivery to our Distribution Center.   Please be sure to provide us with your email address to ensure receipt of email confirmations.   You may also track your package at .

Q:  How long does it take to process my refund or exchange?
A:  On average, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to process your return for refund or exchange after the package is delivered to our Distribution Center.
