If you are trying to complete a return on an order placed on 9/16/2024 or before please either create or login into an account by clicking My Order .
If you placed an order after 9/16/2024 and trying to complete a return please click Happy Returns .
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our products are designed with care to meet our quality standards and your quality expectations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Soft Surroundings will accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sometimes things don’t work out. When that happens, making a return should be as easy as making a purchase. That’s why we're now partnering with Happy Returns to offer an more convenient way to return your item and receive a quick refund.
Return at a Drop-Off Location
When you want your refund immediately
- Start your return here and choose the Returns Bar location option to receive a QR code and further directions. No box or label needed.
- Select from thousands of Returns Bar locations, including the UPS Store, Ulta, Staples and Petco.
- Your refund will be initiated immediately upon drop-off. (Shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund on your original method of payment.)
Return by mail
When you don't mind waiting for your refund
- Start your return online here to receive a USPS mailing label via email to ship your items.
- Box up your items in the original packaging, print out and apply the label provided, and ship them back to us.
- You'll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. (Shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund on your original method of payment.)
Exchanges
- Please contact Customer Care at 1-800-240-7076 to initiate a Rapid Exchange.
- Customer Care will place your new order with free shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item you wish to exchange.
- Although you will be charged for the new order, your exchanged item will be refunded as soon as we receive it, and you will incur no additional shipping charges.
Price Adjustments
We will gladly adjust the price of an item if it is reduced within 14 days of your original purchase. A one-time price adjustment may be made on sale- or full-price merchandise. To request a price adjustment, email us at customerservice@softsurroundings.com or call 1-800-240-7076.
